Denied Reviews


This section describes the steps for Deny of Request in External User Manager.


Deny Requests from Requests tab:


Login as an Approver and Go to Request tab.


By default, the Approver View toggle field is set to ON .


Select a Request from Open Requests and click on Deny icon in right corner of Request.



Reject Request window is displayed to the user.


All the fields will be in Non-editable mode, other than Your comment field. This field is not a mandatory field.


Click on Reject button.

Note: Clicking on Close button will close the window, without denying the request.



The Request is denied and displayed under Approved/Denied Reviews and count is updated.


Following columns will be displayed in list view under Approved/Denied Reviews and the columns are in non-editable. Only column 'Approval', user can access to approve or deny the request.

Column 1: Status: All Denied Requests are displayed with icon.

Column 2: Invitee: Displays the email address.

Column 3: Team: Displays the Team selected during creation process .

Column 4: Approver/Denier: Displays the user who approves or denies the request.

Column 5: Granted Access: This column displays the date when the request was denied. Displays the current date.

Column 6: Next Renewal: This column is always empty with hyphen(-) as there is no next Renewal available for the Requests.

Column 7: Approval: This column is always empty for any Requests that has been denied.



A bot notification is sent to requester that Request is denied.

An email notification is sent to requester that Request is denied.




Deny Requests from Chat window:


Login as an Approver and go to Chat window.


All the newly created Request that are waiting for Approval or Denial is displayed in chat window.


In any of the Request, Click on Reject button.



Displays the Reject Request window.

Note: Displays message 'Request is already processed' when the Request is already rejected.


Enter comments in 'Your Comments' field and click on Reject button.


The Request is denied and displayed under Approved/Denied Reviews and count is updated.




This completes the Deny Requests in External User Manager.
