Trigger of Flow when Workspace is deleted


This section describes the steps as in what happens when a workspace is deleted in CM365 and the email notification being sent to user on Item deletion.


1. Go to Workspace page of Collaboration Manager 365 and select the existing workspace "WS999".

Note: Workspace "WS999" should be already available in CM365.


2. Select the workspace "WS999" and click on link "Delete Site".


3. Click on button "Delete" in the confirmation page and workspace "WS999" is deleted successfully.

4. Click on App Launcher icon in the left top panel of the window and Click on Outlook.


5. There is a new mail from the account which has been created by the Flow, with subject "This workspace "WS999" is deleted".


6. Body of the email is "This workspace "WS999" is deleted by "SharePoint-App".



This completes the triggering of flows when workspace is deleted.
