Show Thumbnails for Templates

This section details the functionality of Show Thumbnails for Templates in Request settings.

When this option in Request is enabled, the templates will be displayed with the thumbnails that is configured by the Admin.

When Show Thumbnails for templates is enabled:

Go to Settings-Requests.

Under Request details section, enable the toggle field "Show Thumbnails for templates".

Go to Teams tab and create a new Teams.

In choose Template page, Templates are displayed along with the thumbnails as configured for Template in Configure template screens.

When Show Thumbnails for templates is disabled:

Go to Settings-Requests, Under Request details section, Disable the toggle field "Show Thumbnails for templates".

When new Team is created, choose template page is displayed as below:

This completes the functionality of Show Thumbnails for Templates option in Settings.
