Limitations with List Synchronization:


Following are the limitations with List Synchronization:


1. Content Types added in SharePoint will NOT be synchronized and displayed as templates in Teams Manager.

2. Default values in metadata field WILL NOT be displayed for fields when creating new item from SP List.

3. For Communication Site/Modern Site without Groups, SharePoint URL WILL NOT be available and only Title.

4. Creation of Teams in SharePoint list leads to error when for group types if the mail-nickname already exists and for SharePoint sites if the URL already exists.

5. Teams created through SP list gets in to Error state when policy-Force Sensitivity Label and Force Guest access is not satisfied.

6. Teams created through SP list gets in to Error state when external user is entered in owner field. This cannot be validated.
