License Issues in Teams Manager
This section covers the common known license issues in Teams Manager:
Trial License Request form is displayed even after selecting and activating the Teams Manager permission. User unable to proceed with accessing the Teams Manager.
Solution:
User can provide us the Tenant ID and we would support you in activation of license for Teams Manager. Tenant ID can be obtained by following way:
a. Open one of the Teams inside the Teams Application.
b. Select any existing Teams and Click on three dots(…) next to the Team title.
c. Click on link "Get a link to the team".
d. Copy the link to the team and grab the tenant ID from the URL and this is the Tenant ID.
