Enterprise License Permissions - Set up Service Account
This permission is optional and this permission is to be provided when user wants to
1. Archive the SharePoint Site together with Team and Setup the SharePoint site as Read-only,
2. When Team Owner is removed and set as a member and Service Account is set as an Owner.
Tenant Administrator can provide these permission and it acts the same way as the Grant App Permissions. For Service Account, if Tenant is restricted to provide Global Administrator to grant permissions on the application, then Service Account need a limited time with Global Administrator - and he provides the permission.
Following steps to be performed, to provide this permission:
Click on Connect button.
Click on button "Accept" in new window and displays a confirmation message that "Teams Manager has now Application Permissions" and user can close the dialog.
Once connected, confirmation message is provided that "You are connected with admin@.......com"
Note: User can disconnect by using Disconnect button.
This completes the functionality of setting up Service Account in Teams Manager.
