Troubleshooting
The Add-In model is quite complicated to setup, so the errors can be a lot. From our experience start troubleshooting with:
- CM Template Site
- Open IIS Site manually
- Recreate Trust
- Run "iisreset /noforce" on each SharePoint Server
- SPTrusted Token
- ULS Log
- Make sure the user who's adding the App is member of local administrators group on SharePoint WFE. Makes sure he's a direct member, group memberships are not supported by Microsoft.
- Clear the Browser Cache
